(60 square metres), it has a direct access from the living room; you can enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and dinners while watching the Brunelleschi’s Dome, the Palazzo Vecchio bell tower, the etruscan village of Fiesole, the Vincigliata Castle and the sweet, rolling Chianti Hills...

• TERRACE n.2 is about 300 sq. ft. (30 square metres) and it is set higher; a comfortable stair link the 2 terraces. This is the rooftop terrace, it is the highest in the area and offers stunning views at 360°.
